Job Description
Hiring Customer Support Executive for our client in the Logistics Industry.
Experience: Fresher up to 6 months
Location: Mumbai
Working Days - 6 days (Sunday Fixed off)
Work Timing - 9 AM -6 PM
Salary Up to - 15500K In hand 18000 Gross
Duties and Responsibilities
Handling the inbound calls, emails and escalations.
Work on the ticketing tools and resolve the tickets.
Work closely with the CSS Manager for the ongoing resolution of queries.
Timely escalations to the concerned peers and support the team.
Good MS-Excel skills to keep the data
Must have good communication and good with Excel
