Experience:
- Experience in BPO preferred, especially in International Process.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.

- 24/7 availability required
- Rotational shifts
- 5 day work week
- Communication: Must be excellent in both verbal and written communication.
- Customer Handling: Strong ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
- Cab Services: Available for all shifts.
- Meals: 1-time meal provided during shifts.
