Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thrikkakara. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities :
• Customer Assistance :
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing complaints, and resolving customer issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Product/Service Knowledge :
Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Issue Resolution :
Effectively identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints using the company's CRM software or other systems.Ensure that all customer queries and complaints are followed up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.Collect customer feedback to help improve the quality of service and identify opportunities for product/service improvements.Work closely with other departments, including technical support and sales teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers. • Experience :

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
