Job Overview :

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kochi . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with 0-1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate product or service information to customers and resolve their issues.
• Address customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times.
• Assist with order processing , returns, or exchanges as required.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or issues.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
• Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with services provided and follow up as needed.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and service improvements.

Key Requirements :

• Any Degree (Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcome).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work independently as well.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role.
