ExTravelMoney is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic male candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This role involves providing phone support to customers using ExTravelMoney.com's online forex booking portal.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
• Supporting the customers via phone/email/chat.
• Resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Providing detailed information to customers.
• Following up with customers for any further information.
• Taking feedback from the customers.
• Contributing the work to the company's knowledge base.

Training:

• Comprehensive training will be provided regarding our process.

Skills Required:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred).
• Strong administrative skills: organized and efficient.
• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people.

Job Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Sundays: Off
