Key Responsibilities:? Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. Address customerinquiries regarding menu items, order status, delivery times, and other relevant information.? Order Assistance: Assist customers with placing new orders, modifying existing orders, and addressingany issues related to their orders. Ensure all details are accurately captured and communicated to thekitchen and delivery teams.? Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently, providing solutions andalternatives where possible. Follow up as needed to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.? Information Provision: Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about menu options, specialpromotions, and company policies to help customers make informed decisions.? Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through friendly and empathetic interactions.Ensure every call is handled with care and respect, enhancing the overall customer experience.? Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including callreasons, resolutions, and feedback. Update customer information and order details as required.? Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the kitchen and delivery teams, toresolve any operational issues impacting customer service
