Primary Job Responsibility:
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to SLAs.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements.
• Handle multiple queries efficiently and maintain cultural sensitivity.
Eligibility:
• •6 months of minimum experience in BPO or Customer Service is mandatory •
• Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate
• •Excellent Written and spoken communication • in english is mandatory
• Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
• Willing to work in a contact centre environment with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Open to work in a blended environment (Voice & Chat/Email)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
