Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Execute outbound calling campaigns to promote products/services effectively.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints.
• Capable of handling ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-4 years of experience in BPO customer service or Ecommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of inbound voice process, chats ,email processing, and social media management.
• Graduate degree (B.Com or equivalent) with good English proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
