Job Responsibilities



Deal with customer complaints or issues. Create new cases and update existing cases in our customer database. Identify root cause and resolution of major incidents. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve fault at time of answering where possible.

Required Candidate profile



Must have excellent communication & writing skills to deal with customers. Ability to meet deadlines and priorities tasks. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Customer Success, Service & Operations - Other Electronic Components / Semiconductors, Customer Success, Service & Operations
