Identify root cause and resolution of major incidents.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve fault at time of answering where possible.
Required Candidate profile
Must have excellent communication & writing skills to deal with customers.
Ability to meet deadlines and priorities tasks.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
