Role Overview



As a Customer Support Executive, you will be part of the Customer Success Team owning the post order customer experience. The role brings in great opportunities of learning and includes winning over the dynamic challenges of working in an early stage startup.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct verification calls for all new orders to ensure accuracy and confirmation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Provide exceptional support in both Hindi and English (spoken and written). Maintain daily operational report on Tracker / CRM Assist with other customer-related tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications



Experience: 6months-1 yr in Tele- Customer Support / Sales in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (startup experience preferred).
Language - Hindi and English, (knowing a south indian language will be helpful not a blocker)
Technical Skills: Basic Data entry in Excel for reporting.
High level of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems is an advantage. Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Working Hours & Location:



6 day a week with Tuesday off / variable roasters. Sector 28, Gurgaon, Work from Office

Compensation & Other Benefits:



Per Month- 11-15k Monthly Performance Based Incentives - 100% -2k, 120% -3k
