Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Issue Resolution:
• Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Record Maintenance:
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on customer feedback and queries.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality service.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and resolve customer concerns.
• Share customer feedback and insights to drive product and service enhancements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a customer service role preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
