: Customer Service Executive

Location: Gurugram, India

Salary:

• Freshers: INR 24,000 per month (in-hand)
• Experienced: Up to INR 34,000 per month (in-hand), depending on previous salary and candidate qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers in the UK insurance sector, providing efficient and courteous service
• Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and promptly, aiming for first-call resolution
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow-up as needed
• Adhere to communication protocols, company policies, and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Graduates with a proven track record in customer service, preferably in a voice process
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in the insurance sector or familiarity with UK insurance products is advantageous
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required
