Roles and Responsibility,
Handle client issues across various locations in India, addressing technical queries and other concerns related to Tally.
Communicate with client dealers in multiple languages to provide solutions for product/service-related inquiries.
Assign Tally Partners to clients' dealers as needed.
Maintain a log of all calls handled (onsite, remote, or telephonic) and share it with the Reporting Manager daily.
Ensure high-quality client support with minimal turnaround time and a low rate of escalations.
Train users on Tally, providing in-depth knowledge of its features and usage.
Update the suite CRM with details of all calls and work completed.
Achieve all delegated responsibilities within the minimum turnaround time.
Requirements,
Excellent Communication Skills in English/Tamil/Hindi
Any graduation with Experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer support
Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus.
