Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Fresher / Jr. CSE (1-2 Years)

Location: Kallapalayam, Coimbatore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our manufacturing company as a

Customer Support Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience

in the manufacturing sector while providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Support

Executive will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships

with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional customer support via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Assist customers in understanding product features, specifications, and usage guidelines.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and production, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and

delivery.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to

customers.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.

Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.

Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling products and services to customers.

Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.

Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insights to

customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field (fresher's are encouraged

to apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and products (training will be provided).

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
