We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Customer Support Executive
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to address complex queries.
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process or product improvements.
Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
