Summary:We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a call support department and possess excellent communication skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency Provide product information and assistance to customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Rotational Day Shifts Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 0-2 years of experience in a call support department Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
