Client Representative



Customer Relationship Management

Problem Solving


Proactively address and resolve client complaints or inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.

Sales and Upselling

Reporting and Feedback


Collect client feedback and report it to relevant teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
