Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
Provide product information, technical assistance, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle returns or complaints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
