Full job description
Experience: 1-2 years in customer support or a similar role.
Only local Surat candidates are required
Customer Interaction:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.).
• Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the designated timelines.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
• Document and summarize customer interactions, including issues, solutions, and feedback.
• Maintain organized records of chat conversations for future reference and analysis.
Customer Support:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly. Assist customers with after-sales service inquiries, product issues, and warranty claims.
Ticket Generation:
• Create and manage service tickets accurately to document customer issues and requests. Assign service tickets to Field Service Executives based on location, availability, and expertise. Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a commitment to resolving issues.
Report Trends:
• Identify recurring issues, patterns, and customer feedback to help improve internal processes and customer experience.
Feedback Collection:
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback on service and product experiences.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and support software.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
