Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
• Update customer records and handle data entry in CRM or related systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to improve processes and services.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred :

• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,324.03 - ?28,873.22 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
