Customer Support Executive required for our Ahmedabad office.
This position will involve providing excellent customer service to a variety of customer queries from different ecommerce platforms and Website.
Roles and responsibilities:
This position involves Non-Voice process in which one has to provide knowledgeable answers to customers through live chats, e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand. Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry. Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditional boutiques
Documents customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system and excel spreadsheets Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand. Ideal Candidate: 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience with Fluent English, Excellent typing and with good computer knowledge. This position is for people who are already living in Ahmedabad. 30/40+ WPM typing speed Previous experience in working for international clients and E Commerce background will be strongly preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office and Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
