Effective communication both written and verbal, is essential for chat support executives to convey information clearly and provide accurate assistance to customers.

Managing disputes to developing plans to enhance the client experience generally and promote loyalty

Responding to customer inquiries within company hours

Collecting and analyzing customer feedback

Willingness to learn about products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Willing to commit to taking turns working rotating shifts which includes weekends and public holidays
