Job Description

: Customer Support Executive Location: Bangalore Experience: Fresher or Experienced Qualification: Graduate

Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Identify and escalate priority issues
