: Customer Support Executive Location: Bangalore Experience: Fresher or Experienced Qualification: Graduate

  • Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
