We are looking for a dedicated and proactive CS Executive to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer escalations during the visa application process for various countries. Your primary goal will be to respond to and efficiently manage complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle enquiries and resolve issues related to visa applications effectively and professionally for assigned countries.

2. Quickly implement conflict resolution plans.

3. Collaborate with the operations team to manage escalated issues.

4. Provide customers with updates and feedback throughout the problem-solving process.

5. Communicate with applicants to clarify information or request additional documents.

6. Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and procedures.

Goals:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Maintain quality assurance.

3. Minimize backlog in processing applications.

Technical Skills Requirements:

1. Computer proficiency.

2. Data entry and management.

3. Strong problem-solving skills.
