Experience 0-2 yrs (Candidates with Arts and Science Graduates background or Experience in Customer Support is preferred) Skills required 1. Manage customer life cycle by responding to customer queries and issues over call/email/chat. 2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions. 3. Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints to Customers Satisfaction 4. Excellent communication in both English and Tamil. Any other language will be an added advantage. 5. Should have the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios related to order. 6. Job Location, Poonamallee - Chennai. 7. 6 Days working with Sunday Off, Shift 9am to 6pm Preferrably immediate joiners, max 1 month. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
