Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
Verify customer details and assess their interest in our services.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Answer inbound inquiries and provide basic product/service information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
Meet daily and weekly targets for lead qualification and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in telecalling, customer support, or lead qualification.
Excellent
communication skills in English & Hindi
(spoken and written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Experience in
CRM tools
(Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
