•Roles and Responsibilities •
• Handling customer calls, emails, chats and queries on social media platforms.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
•Required Candidate profile: •
• Candidates must have BPO voice process experience or premium domestic processes.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Should be flexible with Rotational shift and Rotational off (70% day shift and 30% night shift).
•Job Location : •
Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Phase-1 , New Delhi

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
