Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer issues, including technical problems, billing inquiries, and general support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to customers on how to resolve them independently.
• Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Adhere to customer service standards and SLAs.
• Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to relevant teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
