We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to provide hassle-free experience to our patients. She / He will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and other team members as the first point of contact for prospective as well as existing customers/Patients. The customer office executive will answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals. Perform specified routine procedures such as greeting and referring patients, answering routine/administrative inquiries, and general office support activities as appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities would include -

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media channels
• Provide customers with accurate information about Saaol's products and services
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level support as needed
• Resolve Patients/customers' concerns and answer customers' questions in a professional & positive manner.
• Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

We are looking for someone who has -

• 0.6-1 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO or similar role is preferred, Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Good command over MS Word , MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
• High level of empathy while dealing with customers
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
