Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
