URGENT HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS DAY SHIFT

Designation : Customer Executive support

Educational Qualifications: Any graduate / Undergraduate

Day shift : 9Am to 6:30 Pm(Working Mon-Sat)

Experience : Minimum 1 years

Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking the candidate who are experienced in International Voice Process(min1 yr exp & also have relieving letter/experience letter must)

Job Responsibilities :

1.Handle in-bound call to resolves related issues

2.Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards

3.Work cohesively in a team setting, assist team members to achieve shared goals

4.Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner

Skills Required:

? Candidate should be with strong logical capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills

? Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer applications

? Excellent communication skills
