Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Webopedia Services. The role involves providing customer support through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, logical transformations of queries and online support services on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Experience in handling customer satisfaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team

Experience in the BPO industry is a plus

Should be very polite and smiling while take calls.

Should not be pushy while take calls

should be very courteous on calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
