Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied..Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product that we offer
• Understand standard operation procedures and delivers services that is according to the quality standards set by the company

Shift Timing :

9:00 am to 6:00 pm
10:00 am to 7:00 pm
11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Experience: 6 month to 1 yrs

Good communication skills of and Fluent also Hindi ,English and Bengali

Must have knowledge of Excel and word
