To play a meaningful part within the Sales function, by collaborating across the organization to meet the individual and company objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to sales team and management
• Maintain a well-organised filing system for administrative and sales activities
• Effective and efficient management of sales leads with the help of sales leads
• Management of administrative activities including customer interactions and fulfill customer service needs.
• Data entry management and execution including sending quotations and follow up of receivables
• Data management, facilitate creation of sales orders and order processing and management
• Achievement of monthly, annual sales revenue / receivables targets
• Periodically Meeting & visiting customers and stakeholders
• Ensure interdepartmental collaboration to deliver First Time Right, On Time Every time and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings for business development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
