As an E-commerce Customer Support Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their orders, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to take orders, provide product information, and address queries.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Update customer information and order status in our database.
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
