Should have strong customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.

• Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
• Should be able to multitask - voice and chat process.
• Should have customer-oriented approach while handling any customer query.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24•7 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with rotational week off.
• Languages to be known - English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi (Any other will be add-on).
• Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2+ years of technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?126,592.00 - ?438,314.00 per year
