: Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer communications via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude are essential. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
