We are Hiring Fresher customer support :-
: As a Fresher customer support, you will be responsible for assisting our sellers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our platform and services.
Candediate should Have Excellent Communication skills 0-6months Experience
•Cadiadte speak in Hindi •
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to seller inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Identify and assess sellers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
• Experience in e-commerce or similar industry is a plus.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. pass out year
