Job Description

We are looking for Call Center Executive for Fuji electric India Pvt ltd

Hindi Speaking Is preferred language

Respond the inbound Calls from customers and Internal

Respond the Internal and Customer mails / Whats APP

Verify the customer details in CS module (AMC, Warranty or OW)

Register the Service Request and share the Complaint ID to customer and branches

Monitor the Customer feedback to discuss with customer and escalate to concern branch managers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
