Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in India. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online and technical support, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Daily tasks will involve responding to customer emails and calls, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer service.

Qualifications



Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
