The CRS would be required to speak to Consultants (Doctors) to schedule/reschedule their appointments; Inform Nursing homes/healthcare facilities of rescheduling of the same. Take feedback from hospitals about services. Give coverage or a alternate doctor during vacation of primary doctor. Conduct service review with Nursing Homes. Data management in Excel for the coverage. Weekly targets of Coverage of missed rounds & Vacation coverage. Sales Process: US \xe2\x80\x93 Blended process with Voice + chat & email \xe2\x80\x93 Cold calling. Leads will be assigned as per the state & physician. Data management in Excel for the coverage. Weekly targets of Calling/Connectivity with Facilities/ Service offerings/ Fixing of Meetings Targeting to get facilities/Nursing homes under our contractual agreement. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 25,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
