WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enterprising individual with the zeal to ensure seamless last-mile delivery experiences at ???? / SAADAA.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Make outbound calls to customers for NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and understand the reason for non-delivery. Collect customer confirmation for re-attempting the delivery or updating the address if required. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely resolution of NDR cases. Accurately record call outcomes and customer responses in the system. Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure within the given turnaround time (TAT). Educate customers about delivery timelines and process-related queries. Work on reducing RTO (Return to Origin) rates by resolving delivery issues effectively. Maintain high customer satisfaction by handling inquiries professionally. Escalate cases where required for further resolution.

WHO YOU ARE?

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Basic knowledge of e-commerce logistics and delivery processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Good problem-solving skills to resolve delivery-related issues. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for maintaining records.
