Urgent Requirement
Position : Trainer
Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary : Up to 6.5 to 7 LPA
Shift : Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Monitor and ensure the progress of trainees in alignment with KPIs and KRAs.
• Update and enhance training materials as required.
• Provide coaching and support to team members.
• Assist with process improvements and training evaluations.
Key Requirements :
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong process knowledge.
• International BPO experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with KPIs and KRAs.
Immediate joining

Pay: Up to ?70,000.00 per year
