Experience: 3 months-6 months in Calling/Marketing/Sales/BPO Voice
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints through various channels such as phone, chat, or email.
Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized assistance and solutions.
Maintain a high level of availability to assist customers efficiently and ensure a positive experience.
Process customer orders accurately and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Pre-requirements/Skills:
Proven track record in customer service or support role.
Excellent communication skills in English Language.
Available according to client availability.
Basic understanding of MS excel to maintain data.
Note: Immediate Joiner Required. Have to be available after office hours and weekends depending upon client's requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
