We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / CCE / Customer service BPO FOR AMZON, FLPKART, AXS BNK , HDC BNK AND ICIC BNK to assist our customers with their queries, share updates on their queries, finding the best and quickest way to resolve an issue.

Shifts: Day Shift - 9 hrs between 8am to 6pm
5 Days Working Saturday Sunday Fixed off
0.6 month BPO experience

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for inbound process to assist our customers @ call center with their queries, share updates, finding the best and quickest way to resolve an issue
Responsibilities Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
Compiling updates on books and products from publishers/ vendors and communicating them to subscribers.
Analyzing based on conversations with the customers in all the fields that need work, taking product feedback and ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Requirements
Customer Support Executive -Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
A customer-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
