Urgent Requirement for Customer Support Executive

Qualification:-12th or Any Graduate

Experience:- Fresher or experienced both can apply

Location:- Vijay Nagar, Mangal City Mall McDonald's above Office No.160

Salary:- 12k to 15k

Shift:- Day Shift

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Patience and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
