Job description, 1. Work closely with Customer Success, Sales and Tech team to provide the best support to the onboard clients. 2. Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 calls for their queries and resolve them. 3. Handling client tickets on Freshdesk. 4. Introduce existing customers to newer and advanced features in order to improve engagement. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: 18,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
