Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction & Support:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Complaint Resolution:

Address customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to higher management if needed. Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements. Maintain customer records and prepare reports on support activities. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality.

Technical Support (If Applicable):

Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for basic technical issues. Work closely with the technical team to resolve product-related concerns. Provide guidance on software usage, installation, and maintenance.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote company products and services when appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
