Process Improvement & Reporting:
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Maintain customer records and prepare reports on support activities.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality.
Technical Support (If Applicable):
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for basic technical issues.
Work closely with the technical team to resolve product-related concerns.
Provide guidance on software usage, installation, and maintenance.
Customer Relationship Management:
