Looking for energetic Customer Support Executive for reputed company in Navi Mumbai

:



To lead all high-end clientele projects from the IT sector by handling complete solutions to audience acquisition

Main duties and responsibilities:



Maintaining relations and coordination with the C level delegates and above to complete the execution of events
Approaching and acquiring the delegates through open calls and completing the follow-up calls.
Assures complete coordination and follow up with the delegates one to one.
Designing and mapping profiles as per client requirements to execute the B2B events
Serve as a point person for the C level delegates and above from start to end point

Requirements and skills



Exceptional oral and written communication skills for dealing with C Level & above delegates
Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple clientele list
Multitasking ability necessary to move from one task to another at a fast pace Computer skill for using spreadsheets and e-mail
Good networking skills to build relationships attract new customers
Hands on experience with MS Excel and Word
Excellent writing skills in English
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
Bachelors in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
