Job Profile :Customer Support Executive
Experience : 06 months

:

• Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills Customer Resolution expert
• Should have Basic computer knowledge

min 1 year in Customer Service in an int. BPO

• 6 Months International BPO customer service experience
• Candidates should be willing to work in US shift
• Should have good level of Oral comprehension, Reading ability and reading comprehension skills
• Candidate should be willing to work from office

Must have:

• Any Graduate/Undergraduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
